CCI provides a warranty to the original owner of cabinetry purchased at CCI. This warranty applies only to properly
installed products.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, or the variation in wood-
this is the beauty of nature and not a defect. This warranty does not apply to products or parts purchased
without a finish. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage and defects caused
by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, or improper storage, or handling.
CCI shall be liable ONLY for the REPLACEMENT of any returned product. Upon examination by CCI,
if the product is in unsatisfactory condition due to defects in material or workmanship, CCI will replace the cabinetry product. Some replacement parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally
supplied. CCI must be notified of any manufacturer defects within the first 14 days after the product(s)
are delivered to CCI. It is highly recommended that the customer receives the cabinetry in a timely manner
to ensure ample time for inspection. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully and thoroughly inspect the
cabinetry within the 14 day replacement period to ensure that any defective parts can be replaced while
under warranty.
This warranty applies only to properly installed products, and does not cover any incidental or
consequential damages (such as cabinetry install or removal costs). CCI does not warrant cabinetry used for
non-residential use or for particular applications that may shorten the life of the product. |
