CCI provides a warranty to the original owner of laminate or wood countertops for one year from
the date of purchase. CCI will be liable only for re-manufacturing of any defected countertop.
Upon examination, if the product is in unsatisfactory condition due to defects in material, CCI will
repair the damage or manufacture a new countertop, free of charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or defects caused by misuse,
chemical abuse, negligence (such as water damage), excessive heat, improper installation, storage,
or handling. CCI does not give ANY warranty on solid colors or gloss finishes.
This warranty applies only to properly installed products. CCI will not be responsible for any
incidental or consequential damage, nor for any labor or transportation expenses related to such
repairs. CCI does not warrant laminates used for particular applications that may shorten the
life of the product.
